The app
Dexcrate is free and provided as it is, without guarantees. It is a beta: things can change, break or stop. Keep your own backup (Settings → Backup and restore).
Your content
What you add stays yours. You allow us to store and show it to you so the app works. Do not upload anything illegal or other people's personal data.
Prices
Prices are estimates based on Cardmarket data via TCGdex. They are not financial advice and can be wrong or out of date.
Pack game
Pack points and virtual cards are just for fun. They have no money value and can never be bought, sold or exchanged for money or real cards. The rules, prices and odds can change. Points earned by cheating can be removed.
Fair use
Do not misuse the app, for example by trying to get around limits or access other people's data. We can block accounts that do.
Not official
Dexcrate is an independent fan project and is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, Creatures, GAME FREAK or Cardmarket. Pokémon and Pokémon character names are trademarks of Nintendo. Card images belong to their respective owners.
Liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for loss of data, wrong prices or other damage from using the app.
Law
Dutch law applies. Questions: ask the person who invited you to the beta.
